Deep Stretch

Move mindfully and slowly. Focus on intentional movement, balance, breath, and those deep stretches your body craves. All Levels.

Power Vinyasa

Connect breath with movement in a vigorous dynamic flow meant to find balance between grit and grace. Int/Adv. Previous experience suggested.

Buti Mvmnt

A fun, upbeat, empowering somatic movement practice consisting of primal movement, cardio bursts, spiral structure, and shaking that helps transform your body and soul. Musically driven with bomb playlists! Get out of your head and into your body. All Levels.
